Terms & Conditions
Dance with Miss Ness terms and conditions
Payment of classes
- Fees cover a term of classes and are required in full before commencing term in order to secure your place. Discounts or refunds will not be given for classes missed by the pupil, unless explicitly arranged with the Principal beforehand.
- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due by the Principal.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
- Payment should be received before the first class of the term. Payments received after this time may incur a surcharge of £10, at the Principals discretion, to cover admin costs.
- Trial sessions are available for all classes where pupils will receive one free taster session. If the child decides to join the class following this, registration forms will be filled in and payments can be made for the remaining classes in the term.
- Payment method can be online via bank transfer, using the stripe automated service, or cash.
- All fees are non-refundable. If a pupil has a long-term illness or injury, fees may be refunded at the Principal’s discretion. This does not include minor illness or holidays taken during the term.

Fees will still be due even if the student is unable to attend class until the completion of the notice period. Fees will not be refunded if a student decides to leave during the course. Should a student leave for medical purposes (a Doctor’s letter will be required in these circumstances) membership may be paused.
